We are extremely proud of our graduating fencers and will be introducing them over the next several weeks. If you see them, wish them well in their future endeavors!
Julia Espinosa
Julia began fencing at age 8 when a class was offered by NWFC at her elementary school. She came home after her first “Be a Musketeer” class excited and energized and ready to go back and do it again. She immediately proclaimed “I found my sport!” Her weapon is foil, and her best result thus far is third place at the 2015 Summer Nationals in the Div III Women’s Foil event. In addition to fencing, she enjoys teaching summer campers, photographing fencing, and refereeing at local events.
