Meet Coach Ioana
Coach | Fencing Master
Ioana began fencing at age 8, initially focusing on foil for 12 years where she won numerous medals and competed at national and international levels.
Before moving to the US, she was part of the Romanian Senior Women Team for Foil. She represented Dinamo Bucharest Sports Club and the Romanian National Fencing Team.
In 2010, she transitioned to epee, competing successfully for 8 years in both individual and team events. Ioana also contributed to the Olympic National Fencing Greater Epee Team.
Since 2017, she has been a certified fencing coach, bringing expertise and a passion for developing talent in fencing.
