Anna Quinn
2024 LEAVING THE NEST SENIORS
Anna Quinn has been fencing since March 2018, when she took her first introductory lesson at the club. Anna lives for fencing. You might even think Anna lives at NWFC, but she does come home for meals on occasion.
The one thing Anna relays over and over is that all of the coaches have helped her become a better fencer and better person. From the strip coaching at tournaments to listening to her life problems: Coach Simon, Coach Askhat, Coach Gregory, Coach Patricio, Coach Joe, Coach Vince, Coach Michael, Coach Cody, Coach Will, and others. Anna (and her mother) are also very grateful for the guidance from Lika and Erin, who taught her all the little details of fencing at the club and getting to the tournaments. They have saved us countless times!
Anna’s fencing will continue as she transitions to Cleveland State University this fall. She plans to study International Finance while she fences for Coach Jen Oldham. Anna goes with the wind at her back and the support from the best fencing club a fencer could have: NWFC.
